Ignite Your Student’s Imagination with K12 Minecraft Build Challenges!
Does your student love Minecraft? Join our exciting K12 Minecraft Build Challenges where students in grades K–12 can showcase their creativity. Whether a seasoned builder or just starting out, our challenges are designed to inspire and engage students of all levels.
Build with Words. Inspire with Kindness!
For the month of October, we’re celebrating how positive words can help build a better world. In Minecraft Education, students will create a build that uses kind words in creative ways. Submit your kindness themed build by 5 PM (ET) on October 31 for a chance to win!
One winning build will be selected from each grade band: K–2, 3–5, 6–8, and 9–12. Each winner will receive a $25 Amazon e-gift card. Winners will be chosen by public vote, which runs from November 3 to November 17.
All valid entries will also be entered into a raffle for a chance to win a $50 Amazon e-gift card.
We asked K12-powered students to design and build a Back-to-School Courtyard that celebrates their K12-powered school spirit AND showcases their talents!
Voting for the K12 Back-to-School Build Challenge will take place starting at 9 AM (ET) on October 1 through by 5 PM (ET) on October 15.
Anyone is eligible to vote up to one time per day.
How it Works
Build & Submit
Participating students should follow the build guidelines, and/or theme, pertaining to the K12 Minecraft Build Challenge they are entering. Open to K12-powered students in grades K-12.
Vote
Vote Following the challenge entry period, public voting will take place for a short duration in which anyone can vote up to one time per day.
WIN!
One winner per grade band (K-2nd, 3-5th, 6-8th, and 9-12th) with the most votes will be selected as the challenge winner. Winners will receive a $25 Amazon E-gift Card!
